the percentage of all traffic are represented by those countries.
The simplest method
of eliminating the traffic from undesirable countries is to use the
CMS XE-Filter product to be released in late April.
XE-Filter is an add-on for any Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003
server or gateway PC using Microsoft IIS SMTP virtual server. Configure
a list of banned countries and XE-Filter
blocks all traffic from those countries.
