When using the Log Viewer to view the details of a quarantined message, you may sometimes decide to redirect it to a different address. This is easily done by pressing the button. You will then be prompted to enter the new destination Internet/SMTP address for the message. This address may be any valid email address, even for a recipient address in your network, but only a single address is permitted.
When the redirected recipient gets the message, it will appear as though he or she is a blind carbon copy recipient as all the original SMTP RFC-822 headers are retained. Only the RFC-821 transport delivery address has been changed to the address specified.
