Return to sender

When using the Log Viewer to view the details of a quarantined message, you may sometimes decide to return the message. This is done by pressing .  You will then be presented with a dialog box that appears as shown below.

 

Here you may select a template for the response from the drop-down list. This selection will cause the appropriate information for the subject and message body to appear in the fields below. You may then edit this as you want, and this subject and message body will accompany the return of the original message to the sender.

The radio buttons at the bottom gives you the option of returning the original message in its entirety with any and all attachments, or to send only a summary of the original message containing original date, sender, intended recipient, and subject. Obviously sending only the summary will be less of a drain on your Internet connection bandwidth than returning a message containing a large attachment.
