What is a "CMS Reseller"?

"Resellers" are consultants and resellers who can recommend CMS software to their clients and if desired, handle "front-line" technical support.

How does a "CMS Reseller" differ from an "CMS Independent Agent"?

If possible, a Reseller (RS) informs CMS of the client to which they recommended CMS software. Then, should the client contact CMS directly, we are aware that they are already working with a reseller.

When the client decides to purchase, they directly contact the RS and to place the order.

The RS notifies CMS and places a separate order less their reseller discount. CMS then sends the reseller an invoice due in 30 days. 

NOTE: The reseller is responsible for collecting payment from the client.
